Paul (Tom) Dwyer-CTD is the owner of SevenSeas Voyages.  The photo to the left was taken on board a ship while he was leading a group on a South America cruise/tour.

Tom has had a lifetime passion for travel.  During his four years of U.S. Air Force service and his 28 year corporate business career, he traveled extensively on business and with his family.  When he left his corporate career in 1995, he started SevenSeas Voyages, a cruise and tour company.

To advance his desire to see the world, he attended the International Tour Management Institute (ITMI) in 1995, where he was certified as a professional tour director (CTD).  Following this training, he worked as a professional tour director for a number of worldwide tour companies for over 10 years.  He has led groups throughout the world on land and sea and on riverboats.  All the while, he was growing his cruise and tour business while adding new specialties; developing tours, arranging group travel and pilgrimages and leading or escorting his own tours and pilgrimages.

Tom’s associates also have extensive training and experience in the cruise and travel industry, are very well-traveled and highly skilled in individual client consultation and in organizing and leading groups on cruises and cruise tours.   Some have served as cruise ship officers, have earned certifications from the Cruise Line International Association (CLIA). and, in total, have sailed on five world cruises.
